Welcome to the GFAX project web site

The GFAX project aims to provide a free front end to the various facsimile programs available for Linux and other operating systems that use the GNOME project.

GFAX provides the familiar "pop up" window and phone book support when one "prints" to a "fax" printer.

This is a GNOME-2.x port of GFAX and is written in C# using Mono and gtk#. C# is a very nice language and gives me the best between Python and C.

GFAX is released under the terms of the GPL license, which means that any work derived from GFAX must also conform to the same license.
